1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CastingService website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CastingService provides laundry, dry cleaning, and home cleaning services in Qatar with free pickup and delivery. Service availability may vary by area.

3. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings can be made online, via app, or WhatsApp.
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unavailability or force majeure.

4. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Express (6-hour) service is charged at 2× the standard rate.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Payment

• Payment is due upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
• Online payment options are available where applicable.
• Wallet credits can be used for future bookings.

6. Liability

• We take utmost care of your items. However, CastingService is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items left in pockets.
• Claims for damaged or lost items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service quality, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the items free of charge.

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery address.
• Ensure someone is available during pickup and delivery windows.
• Inform us of any special care requirements for delicate items.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
