At CastingService, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for our laundry and cleaning services.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- Items were damaged during the cleaning process due to our negligence.
- The service was not performed as described or agreed upon.
- You cancelled your booking within the allowed cancellation window (2+ hours before pickup).
- We were unable to complete the service due to reasons on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Pre-existing damage to items before cleaning.
- Dissatisfaction due to normal fabric wear or color fading inherent to the fabric.
- Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before scheduled pickup).
- Items not collected by the customer within 7 days of completion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service delivery via WhatsApp or phone.
- Provide your booking number and describe the issue with photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Methods
- Cash payments: Refunded as wallet credit or cash.
- Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method.
- Wallet credits: Credited back to your CastingService wallet.
6. Re-Clean Policy
Before issuing a refund, we will offer to re-clean your items free of charge. If the re-clean does not meet your satisfaction, a refund will be processed.
